Lovelace vs. Lovelace

''We admit that the Snow White movie standoff brewing next year has gotten the lion's share of our attention, but we're happy to report that we have yet another film competition to track: The battle of the Linda Lovelace movies is back on! When last we checked in, Matthew Wilder had replaced Lindsay Lohan with Malin Akerman for his Lovelace biopic Inferno, while directors Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman were wooing Kate Hudson and James Franco for Lovelace, their own take on the famous porn star. The latter project appeared to fall by the wayside when Hudson became pregnant, but Olivia Wilde tells E! that she may assume the title role: "It would be a tremendous honor. It's such a cool role. She was a fascinating woman — with where she came from to Deep Throat to then working with Gloria Steinem and Nora Ephron." If Franco is still attached to play Lovelace's manager-husband Chuck Traynor, this version will have the other beat on cheekbones alone.''
-E!
I only have two words to say about this: MALIN AKERMAN, the woman is an amazing actress, and she has that round face that Linda had. Inferno all the way! (Although it would have been fun to see Lohan try to do this...)

Rising Bitches Do Love

3 young on the rise actresses will share the cover of the new Love magazine (issue 6); Elle Fanning, Hailee Steinfeld & Chloe Moretz.
The other covers of the same issue will be fronted by models: Nyasha Matonhodze, Daphne Groeneveld, Lara Stone, Mariacarla Boscono & Kristen McMenamy.

The Ginge Factor

Inspired by my love for all things red. I've decided to make a list of some fun red headed female celebrities, turns out there's a fuckload! Some i'm still unsure if they're real redheads... and some are ginges that have been blonde for most of their careers:

Spotlight: Glenn Close

Glenn Close has always been one of my favorite actresses, and i've recently fallen back in love with her in ''Damages''! I'm obsessed with the show now!
Here is a selection of Glenn's work:
The World According To Garp, The Big Chill, Jagged Edge, Fatal Attraction, Dangerous Liaisons, Reversal Of Fortune, Hamlet, Hook, The Paper, Mary Reilly, 101 Dalmatians, Mars Attacks!, Air Force One, Cookie's Fortune, 102 Dalmatians, South Pacific, The Safety Of Objects, ''Will & Grace'', Le Divorce, The Lion In Winter, ''The West Wing'', The Stepford Wives, ''The Shield'', Evening, ''The Simpsons'', ''Damages'', Albert Nobbs.

The Other Snow White

We got a first look at the Snow White from ''The Brothers Grimm: Snow White'' a couple days ago and now we get to see Kristen Stewart as the Snow White from ''Snow White and The Huntsman'' and Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen. I still can't believe 2 Snow White films are coming out at the same thing. Ridiculous! ''Snow White and The Huntsman'' also stars:
Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron, Ian McShane, Nick Frost, Toby Jones, Ray Winstone, Lily Cole, Bob Hoskins, Eddie Marsan & Stephen Graham. Directed by Rupert Sanders.

Snow White 2012

First picture of one of the 2 snow white movies scheduled for 2012. Lily Collins, from ''The Brothers Grimm: Snow White'', currently shooting in Montreal. The movie also stars:
Sean Bean, Julia Roberts, Armie Hammer, Nathan Lane, Mare Winningham & Michael Lerner.
The film is directed by Tarsem Singh.

Monroe Does Chicago

A Marilyn Monroe statue has just been unveiled in Chicago. All i was keep thinking is Why? Marilyn Monroe isn't from Chicago... What does this have to do with anything? At least it's temporary.

Damages

The Glenn Close legal drama ''Damages'' DVD's just went on sale (22$ instead of 50$) so i bought season one, knowing that i would love it, and lo and behold i did!
The writing is spectacular and the performances are top notch! I can't wait to watch the other seasons.
For some stupid reason though, no one is watching this show on tv. After season 3 FX cancelled the show, luckily for us, DirecTV bought the rights and are now producing and running season 4! Thank God!
Glenn Close can do no wrong, and this show has the best cast on television, here are some of the actor's who've appeared on the show:
Glenn Close, Rose Byrne, Tate Donovan, Ted Danson, Zeljko Ivanek, Peter Facinelli, Garret Dillahunt, Anastasia Griffith, Marcia Gay Harden, Timothy Olyphant, William Hurt, Regis Philbin, Kelly Ripa, Ty Burrell, Darrell Hammond, Greta Van Susteren, Lynn Cohen, Campbell Scott, Martin Short, Lily Tomlin, Ben Shenkman, Miriam Shor, Tara Summers, John Goodman, Chris Messina & Dylan Baker.

Musto's Performance Picks

Michelle Williams - My Week With Marilyn
Kate Winslet - Carnage
Jodie Foster - Carnage

Stone & Garfield

Two of my favorite cuties: Emma Stone & Andrew Garfield, in the new spider-man movie. They look so hot together!

Rolling Stone's Best Of 2011

Rolling Stone magazine picks the best of 2011 so far.

Worst Movie of 2011: Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

Dakota Does Mia

Dakota Fanning chopped off all her hair, channeling Mia Farrow and Emma Watson. She kinda looks weird. It doesn't suit her as well as she thought it would, i think.
Good news though, it's for a movie, she plays a leukemia patient.

2012: Year Of Snow White

Snow White is going to be one busy girl in 2012, because not one but two live action adaptation of the Disney classic are being filmed as we speak.
Isn't it bizarre that Hollywood always seems to have 2 similar movies come out at the same time or close together, but this is something else, it's the SAME STORY.
First Movie: ''The Brothers Grimm: Snow White'' Directed by Tarsem Singh (The Cell) and Starring: Julia Roberts, Lily Collins, Armie Hammer, Nathan Lane, Mare Winningham & Michael Lerner.
Second Movie: ''Snow White and The Huntsman'' Directed by Rupert Sanders and Starring: Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron, Ian McShane, Toby Jones, Eddie Izzard, Ray Winstone, Lily Cole & Bob Hoskins.
I Loved Tarsem's ''The Cell'' but i think i like the cast of ''huntsman'' better, except for Kristen Stewart. Let's wait and see. But I hope for their sake, that both films are Dark, not comedic.

Starbucks does GQ

Fuck Mila Kunis, that Starbucks drink is the true star of this cover!

Swinton Does W

TILDA SWINTON is going to kill me! She can't keep doing this!
Every time the bitch does a magazine editorial, i'm in the hospital for days! Mama is WORKING IT!
W magazine finally gets it RIGHT! BEHOLD TILDA! The woman OWNS EVERYTHING!
Some will say Tilda is channeling David Bowie, But Truth be Told, Tilda IS David Bowie!

Lohan AKA Stone

Lindsay Lohan is out of house arrest and back in the party scene, and for some fucked up reason, she's starting to look exactly like Sharon fucking Stone!
What's up with that? Sharon is like 60 years old, Lindsay is 25! Guuurl! Something in the pudding ain't right!
